For those who haven't been following, yes, this book is about Sean Jr. Sean's oldest son (who you saw in Mihalis) the next book for Mihalis is currently being written.

Just finished the book, and as with all the other Valens books, enjoyed it quite a bit. Concerning the bit in the afterward about not having enough content centered on Troy to fill out a while book with the way the series is going with concurrent story lines, why not just add his story in as significant alternate POV sections in Mihalis and SJ books?
ReplyDeleteAlong those lines, I wouldnt mind seeing some chapters from the perspective of some of the sisters and getting a peek into what its like being a daughter of the Valens clan. In an SJ book, getting Pisti as a lioness POV on events would be interesting, or maybe Sam with her job and any of the daughters in the intelligence operation. With the Mihalis books Alska and Celeste are the obvious ones for good POV chapters, but maybe Cinnamon as the sister closest to Mihalis in age and just entering the war.
I've been considering that actually. I've been thinking that perhaps a book full of novellas and shorts to cover a number of different viewpoints.
