Book three should be out Oct. 20th. I'll let you know if that changes. I'm going to order the cover today.
Great second book, can't wait to read book three. Do you have an idea about the cover and also how many books do you see in the "The Valens Legacy" series?
I just ordered the cover for book 3: Over Our Heads, today. As for how many books, the original plan was for six for the first story arc (which is made up of two sub-arcs, of which book 3 finishes the first one, more or less.) Now that I'm actually writing them and working out the details, that first arc may run a little bit longer, I'll have to see. If the demand continues after I finish the first 'six', I'll then start on the next story line. The biggest issue for me is the 'series' name. I was thinking of changing it from 'The Valens Legacy' to 'The Valens War' for book four thru six, to reflect the change in story arcs. I may not do that now.
I'll be starting work on book four here in a couple of days as I wrap up book three and send it out to my Betas to have them check it out. Once I do that, I'll take a few hours to review my outlines and plans and see how well the story is sticking to the original set of outlines I made back before I started this odyssey.
Thank you for replying. In my opinion 'The Valens Legacy' goes well with the series as a whole, the name 'The Valens War' could be used as a title like 'The Valens War I" and 'The Valens War' II(or you could add part 2 instead of II).
