Amazon messed up

So a LOT of new releases got deleted last night on Amazon's US store.
A Lot.

My last two books were caught up in this and I have NO IDEA when they will be restored. I just know that I'm screwed. My latest book was in the 'new release' cycle on Amazon and now it's been kicked out of it.

This is going to suck.

  1. Not really. They're still available as part of the 14 book pack. IIRC one an still read them as part of Unlimited subscription from the series pack as well.

    1. Last I looked, they were only showing the 12 book pack and the 14 was gone.

    2. Scroll further. The 13th and 14th are on the next page not shown initially.

  2. Not sure if it helps those in the US, but the book is still available at https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B07Q47HNL2 (amazon canadian site). Its also on the UK site and probably all the others except for .com but those are the only ones I checked. I've never tried buying though the other countries sites so I don't know if it works.

  3. yeah I was looking at that and I clicked on the series and it says 14 books but when you scroll thru you see #13 and #14 are unavailable at this time which is a bummer if you haven't already bought them. I feel lucky have all the books and apparently even though the books are missing the reviews are still there. Hope the get it fixed soon so the rest of you fans can get the books
    Can't wait for #15

    1. Bother! I noticed that purchasing is not possible even if the products are displayed.

  5. They're back up. I just checked a little while ago.

  6. I am really glad I bought all of them already. I hope they fix this quickly for you.

  7. Just in case you will extend the story beyond your current arc, will Celeste, Alska and any other of Sean's dark elf children be able to do elfin magic as well as his own variety?

    1. I haven't thought that far ahead, honestly.

    2. Speaking of far ahead...I'm now desperate for the next one...when is it out?

    3. M2106 - Probably around the end of May. I'm taking a break from Valens to work on another book or two, as I believe I've mentioned elsewhere. Plus I just needed a week to unwind.

  8. Please do before you give up on this story line. It would be an interesting transition into your version of the Veilverse. The creators of the gates constrained energies that in some universes form the veils. Some of Sean's kids get sucked into that.

I think the crossover would work.

    1. I'm always very hesitant with crossovers. I don't have much experience with them and it's the kind of thing I worry could screw things up.

I may be wrong on that whole thing of course, perhaps crossovers are something I should pursue more aggressively? I have friends who are very good at them. So right now, I don't know.

    2. You're the writer and I enjoy your books. Keep writing as you have and I'll keep buying.

I just hope you give it some thought.

    3. I completely ignored all the Veilverse books exactly because it was a cross over and it was too messy to understand so ignoring it was far easier. I am not interested in reading another author and reading just WDA's books doesn't work... I think? I dunno? It's confusing.

  9. Looks like it's been fixed. So that's good? Ever since they treated Michael-Scott Earle so badly, I'm outright buying your books along with Randi Darren/William D. Arand as soon as I see that they're out. And I'm checking about once every two or three days. I'd drop KU because of how they treat authors there, but I still have the last 2 Star Justice books there, and I don't want to lose them.
