I
would like all of you to sign up for my mailing list. With the way
Facebook has started to throttle posts related to, well, damn near
anything, it's getting harder for me to notify you when a new book comes
out.
The mailing list info can be found on my blog, webpage, even in the back of my books or author central on Amazon. I only send out updates when I publish something, though I think I will start attaching a bit more information to those mails, to let folks know what's on the roadmap for the future.

I stopped using Facebook a long time ago. It was a good thing to reach out to people you had missed for years... but in the end it just turned into never-ending post about what people were having for lunch and what their baby did today. That might be fun for the dietitians among us or the family respectively. It has no bearing on us. Add in a few dozen posts from various friends that post 20 times a day about their opinions about all manor of things and one misses out on getting updates from authors such as you. I Support leaving Facebook as a tool to Announce things but don,t expect everyone to see it in the whole morass of all they see. Keep it open for the feedback you have been getting. Otherwise just look at it as a muddied pool you are about to toss something into.
