Would you rather get a short story that is exclusive to people who sign up for my email list, or a short novel that is available to buy somewhere else?
This is of course, for people signing up for my email list. Basically the choices are: A short story that you can only get from being on the list, or a free copy of a shorter work that is also for sale.
Personally I'd prefer the 2nd option, but that's mainly because I like reading longer books? stories? not sure what the right word would be here.
ReplyDeletei tend to agree
DeleteSame here.
DeleteI generally prefer longer as well. I dont tend to like short stories or “one off” that dont have other books in the series. I dont mind the wives tales but i wouldnt like them without the gem that is valens legacy
DeleteLonger stories the better =)
ReplyDeleteI like the second one. I don't mind having to pay for a book which is a bit longer. And if I get a copy for free, all the better.
ReplyDeleteI second the person before me a book for free is always good even if you can buy it elswhere. And i'm guesing it is a lot les stress for you
ReplyDeleteTried to reply to the email list message but saw it's from noreply@blogger.com so came here. More is better, exclusivity is irrelevant. Novel(ette) please, and thanks for your work. I'm reading even more than usual these days for some mysterious reason.
ReplyDeleteI didn't bother signing up for the email list since I regularly check here anyway.
ReplyDeleteThe second option. Plus it can make you $.
ReplyDeleteI vote for short novel. I hope you are staying safe and healthy.
