Okay, I have no idea what's going on with Amazon. It's been almost 36 hours and not only has the ebook not gone anywhere, the paperback was kicked out of process and I had to resubmit.
Complain to Amazon, that's about the only thing that might work. But probably only if about ten thousand or more of you do it.
Come Thursday, if this is still going on, I guess I'll be forced to start looking for a new place to do business.
Well, crap. Hopefully it's just their systems going through a temporary screwup that'll clear up quickly, rather than a long-term or personal issue on their end as you alluded to in the original upload post.

ReplyDeleteNeed to get up with Michael Anderle and other indie writers about moving off Amazon. Seem to get little respect or service from them under current publishing contract.
Yep complain to customer sevice that this is an issue just need more people to complain that way it escalates up the system and they have to have the web service and upper management look at it cause there should be no issue
ReplyDeleteCould somebody post a link to exactly where to go to complain about this? Also, possibly supply a generic template of the complaint? I know I want to complain that an author submitted an ebook and it hasn't been released (published?) yet, but I would like to make sure I'm using the same terminology that others are using or that Amazon would recognize so that my complaint might actually make sense to Amazon.
